Though the above great personalities are not among us presently, we are always grateful to them for the great efforts made and the noble cause in which they had joined hands. Our humble homages to the said great personalities.

The above great personalities were able to get the land alloted from Chandigarh Administration on 21st March 1974, for construction of the Shree Radha Krishan Mandir under the aegis of the Shree Sanatan Dharam Prachar Mandal. It was thereafter that the Mandir was constructed on the land so got alloted.

The main objectives with which the Mandal had been established, were:-

  • Constructing a temple in Sector 18-C, Chandigarh
  • Promoting Sanatan Dharm
  • Organizing religious and social festivals
  • Working for the physical, educational, social, and spiritual upliftment of those having faith in Sanatan Dharm
  • Providing shelters and assistance for needy.

With the passage of time, more devotees have been giving services as Office Bearers of the Governing Body of the Mandal and with their efforts, the Mandir has achieved a place of recognition in Chandigarh
